| Our classrooms are divided into Learning Centers that
encourage the children to explore different hands on, self directed activities.
Activities are planned by qualified competent staff who are Early Childhood
Professionals. We create a caring and nurturing atmosphere to foster each
child's creativity and positive self-image. We also provide a positive and
stimulating environment that teaches children life skills and enhances their
self esteem. Children are encouraged to ask questions, investigate, explore,
and make choices. Housekeeping, Science, Math/Manipulative, Writing, Art, Library, Listening,
and Blocks Centers are designed to promote your child’s Social and Cognitive
Skills through self directed activities. Our classrooms are print rich to promote
early reading skills. Each activity is designed to enhance
the development of Fine and/or Gross Motor Skills. Dish TV is also available to
allow for viewing of educational programming to enhance our curriculum. Our monthly
newsletter and calendar keep parents informed of our activities, as well as
community happenings. The Berlin Library conducts Story Time one day a week at
our Center in the Fall and Winter. We offer an exercise program one day a week
that is run by a licensed Karate instructor. We also offer music class run by
a licensed music instructor. We also offer a 4 year old Educational Curriculum Program geared to give your child a good foundation for school. From 9:00 am. to 11:30 am Monday thru Friday. |
